If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our platform or place orders.

• Strict Non-Cancellation: All orders are final upon successful placement. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances prior to delivery, as our atelier immediately initiates formulation and packaging procedures.

• Accuracy of Details: Customers are strictly responsible for verifying their contact number, recipient name, and exact postal address before making payment.

• Artisanal Scent Formulations: All fragrances are prepared with high-grade natural and aromatic oils meeting IFRA guidelines. Subtle batch variations in shade do not indicate flaws.

• Pricing in INR (₹): All prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay using 256-bit encryption. The Perfume Stories never captures or stores your CVV, debit/credit card pins, or banking passwords.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
