Our policies regarding order placement, non-cancellation, and packaging damage resolution.
1. No Cancellation After Order Placement
Once an order is confirmed and placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
Due to our expedited processing and immediate automated logistics allocation, orders are instantly sent for inspection and packing. We kindly request all customers to review their cart items, bottle sizes, and shipping address carefully before completing payment.
Hygiene & Personal Care Policy
Perfumes, attars, and luxury fragrances belong to the personal care and hygiene category. In accordance with safety standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or opened bottles.
Packaging Issues & Transit Damage Exception
While each flacon is cushioned with protective packaging, rare transit damage or nozzle leakage may occur. In such genuine cases, we provide an immediate replacement or full refund after verification.
To verify and process a damage claim, customers MUST submit a continuous, uncut package opening video recorded from the start — clearly showing the sealed outer courier package, shipping label, and the subsequent unboxing revealing the broken/leaking bottle or damaged packaging.
Claim Protocol:
- Submit the unboxing video and clear photos with your Order ID within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team inspects and verifies the submission within 24–48 business hours.
Resolution & Refund Settlement Timeline
Once a verified packaging issue is approved by our team, customers can choose an instant replacement dispatch or a full refund:
Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and credited back to the original source payment method (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
